Hello everyone,
I'm Roy and I want to become a jedi knight.
I've already studied a lot, but still have much to learn about the ways of a Jedi.
That's why I'm looking for a master who can train me in the ways of the Force.
Is there someone who can help me with searching for a master and becomming a Jedi Knight?

May the Force be with us.

Ps: Sorry about my bad English. I'm from Holland and I'm not good in it.

Greetings! Welcome to the Temple of the Jedi Force. I am Jen'Ari, one of this site's Knight Marshalls. We train Jedi here through what we call the Knight Marshall Program. To begin your training as a Jedi, please start out by creating a new Topic in the “Jedi Initiate (Youngling) Training Journal” message board. Please name the topic “(your name)’s Training Journal”. This journal will be your own personal record to fill with your meditations, experiences, and lessons. You will also conduct training with your Master there, after your initiate program has been successfully completed. Further instructions detailing how to complete the initiate program will be given once you have created your journal.

May the Force guide you,

...And on a more personal note: your English seems good enough to me. I understood you just fine anyways. So, you're from Holland? We have some folks out near your part of the world (sort of anyhow, Beinir is from Sweden)

Thanks for your answer!
And Sweden is really far away from here.

May the Force be with you!

It is just a brief statement of who you are how you came to this site and how you feel jediism can help you and how you plan on incorporating the teachings into your everyday life.

That's it Roy, from there it is the Code, Creed, 16 Teachings, 3 Tenants and the Vows.

Oh I don't know, Holland is just two-three countries away...

Welcome Roy, I hope you will enjoy your time here!

Welcome Brother!

Don't worry about your posts, just be yourself and it'll work itself out. Try and participate as much as possible by posting, taking part in discussions, popping in to chat ,and just generally voicing your opinions. The more you put in to this, the more you'll get out of it. It's really that simple. And please don't feel like you have nothing to say or you don't know what your talking about. A wise man once said "He who knows noting, knows everything".

If you go through the old posts in the forum you'll see how each of us evolved pin both writing style and spiritual growth. Going back may also answer a bunch of questions you may have about how things work around here or anything else you can think of. Most of all going back through old posts will really give you a sense of the people here. The users, you, myself, and everyone else, provide the content. Anything written on this site was created by the members.

Ask questions when you don't understand, and don't be afraid to be wrong on some things. We ALL started from the same place you are right now sop really none of us are that much different than you, just a little further up the road.

So again I'd just like to say welcome to our temple. Have fun, enjoy yourself, and post away.

Yours in the mystery,
Merin Kyo Den
