Though while I have content coming in and a bunch of content decided upon, I'm also still not sure what to put in. I'm also a tad behind schedule with the digital side of things given my personal budget is so small.

First edition will have a feature section saluting the military. A slew of military Jedi (still searching for non-jedi force sensitives for the article) who will pitch in on a lot of things. Their experiences, the how and why or why not someone should look at joining the military, how being a Jedi and a soldier has affected the two roles.

An article on Feng Shui which will include diy home decor and reno tips.

News and reviews on sabers from various saber companies as well as news relating to the various performance and dueling groups. Also information on how to build your own sabers.

Articles on health, fitness, and nutrition.

Like I said though, still need to focus in on what will be in the first edition and what the re-occurring sections will be.

I think health fitness and meditation should be repeating. these are key to a Jedi and have an impact on both male and female. we all can relate.

I think a Salute to the Military Is a wounder full Idea they deserve even more then they will ever receive.

It sounds like you have a great start.

if you need ideas you could always look at other magazines and see what kind of things they did in there first edition. I read steampunk magazine theirs just got better and better with each release.

Well, the mag is aimed at force sensitives in general so 'Sith' as well. Proper sith, not the ragey 'jedi are our enemies' type. :p

Also, I'm going to be including printable collector cards but I've not nailed down exactly what will be on them or who will be the first card. Thoughts?

Its coming along but its all very nebulous as well and I feel like I need to narrow it down to specifics.

Id like to see ways to incorporate your Jedi (for both light and dark) life in to your every day attire both work and play(that's right Jedi fashion. I think some tech articles about new tech like holo projectors and such would be a nice addition as well. also a fitness section that has suggested work outs or meditations for core and muscle focus. how about DIY projects.

I guess, in theory, I could post this in the other room- but I don't want ToTJF to forget that I still watch this place ;) lol.

Not necessarily just something for the first magazine, but something I think would be a nice touch is that every issue there be a section that allows for people to discuss the Jedi/Sith/Alternative Force Realist Code/Creeds as they see it, or how they incorporated it into their decision making process or just in general how they try to apply it daily.

Sooo...any forward movement on this?

May edition is still on target for release at the end of April.
