If anyone is not familiar with Eckhart Tolle's concept on 'pain body', here's a link to a good article explaining it very well, much better than I could ever do: http://skillsforawakening.com/teachings/the-pain-body/ And here is the slightly goofy illustration: http://intentblog.com/how-reduce-your-pain-body-illustrated-guide/ - What do you think, how accurate this concept is, and if it is, how does it appear and affect your everyday life? You think it's more literal or more can be regarded as a metaphor? What methods (either brought or learnt in the Jedi Community) do you use to lessen its effects and come to terms with it?
