Thanks Todd, almost forgot about that with easter coming early and all. I'll be working on Tuesday anyway so I guess there really is no rest for the wicked is there.

Jedi Shadow,

I appreciate your energy and willingness to learn. But, before you become apprenticed to mentor, there are a few things that you need to do first.

To begin, please start an apprentice jounral. Your first entry should be a short introduction of yourself. Then, please go on to explaining what you think the Jedi Code, Creed, the three tenets, the Vows and the 16 Teaching mean to you. Go line by line.

This is not a project to do too quickly. Take your time and really think about what you are writing. Feel free to type as much or as little as you like to get your ideas across. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

May the Force be With You,
Jedi Grayson Dark

And before that I'd start by telling us a little about yourself. Also never be shy about sharing your views and opinions. The content of this site is written solely by it's members. We built the walls and windows. Every post you read here, from news blogs to Stories are written by the past and present members of TOTJF. If you really want to train here, and this goes for all of you, then it's time to step up and take part in that tradition. it's time to make this temple more then it is today. So we lost a few doors and windows, together we can rebuild it all better then it ever was. All we need do is take one step, just one step.

Well in a nutshell, and this goes for anyone wanting to get a start here at the temple........

Well first off I’d start with a post telling us a little about yourself. The link to the appropriate thread to post in is...............http://templeofthejediforce.org/modul ... .php?topic_id=515&forum=1

After that you should start a journal. The topic of your first posts should be about what you think the force is, what you believe a Jedi to be, what are the differences between the fictional Jedi and the Jedi at this temple, and lastly what do you expect training to be like and what do you wish to get out of it. Your journal can be started by posting a new topic. The link for the forum is.........http://templeofthejediforce.org/modul ... bb/viewforum.php?forum=65

While your doing that please feel free to share your thoughts and participate in others discussions in the general forums and philosophy sections.
After all that we start to get in to the cannon of the temple and the Joseph Campbell Mythos series, but we’ll save that for a later date. Now don’t feel rushed by this, take as much time as you feel you need.
I hope I’ve helped you out here. If you have any further questions please feel free to reply to this thread or just shoot me a PM. Until next time may the force be with you.

Yours in the mystery,
~Merin~
