After almost a decade of addiction and failed attempts to quit, I am trying once more to quit smoking. This has not been an easy task for me, as I have grown to rely on it as a crutch and aide in many things I do in my life. I feel as though I am attempting to breath underwater, the idea of not smoking has become almost alien to me. So much so I can no longer remember what it is like not to smoke.

I ask all my brothers and sister to spare whatever strength and healing energy you can to me, I don't think I can do this alone.

I am Jedi in my heart, and I am Jedi in my mind, Jedi in my soul, Jedi in my spirit, and Jedi in all that I do.

Green Smoke. Look it up online, I have a friend currently using this to help him slowly come out of smoking.

That's a wonderful goal, and I'm sending good thougts and energy your way.
If you're like my mom, then I can see how hard it would be to stop. She's smoked for so long, everything in her life was connected to smoking like after meals she'd smoke, call on the cell, she'd smoke, cup of coffee, she'd smoke.
Basically she had to relearn how to do every little thing without.
Gum, lollipops, and small squares of dark chocolate really helped her out.
Good luck and MTFBWY.
