I am new here, and know nothing about how this temple works. I would like to know how to get started, how ranks are achieved, and how to become apprenticed. Me and my best friend tried to do some lightsaber training using wookiepedia, but I feel it is too in deep of a concept to not have a set of instructions. I am a huge fan and want to film movies, but I am very inflexible, as I have knee problems because I am 6'4" at 16 years of age. I want to get in shape but have always had a problem with getting a consistent workout. Any help would be welcomed. I am trying to eat mostly tofu soon to help me lose much needed weight. I weigh 250. Imnot fat, but out of shape. Any wise counsel is much welcomed. Thank you masters.

Welcome to our little temple, take alook around and post alot, ask any and all questions you may have of anyone here we are more then happy to help out, start your "youngling" journal in the first post you should tell us alittle 'bout yourself, why you decided to join our temple, what you feel you can learn from our teachings, and how you can be the best Jedi you can be.

After that start on the Jedi Code, Creed, 3 Tenants, the Vows, and 16 Teachings, the object is to write your view of each item in those areas and how you can use and incorporate them in to your daily life.

You can find these things in the FAQ section, the tab at the top of the main page that says "start here", I would also like to point you to the study downloads section and the Xoopstube section.

If you have any questions again ask anyone, either through PM,Chat or in the forums, each person has a profile that can be viewed by clicking on their name it has further cantact information and a little more on them.
Be sure to also join the thread "Natural History and Science Class" we cover many things in there and the more people the merrier!

Again Welcome.

*bows*

a special holliday *bump* for you WBJ. Now incase you missed Scythe's reply and aren't familiar with how to navigate the site just yet, you should be able to get started on working towards an apprenticeship.
