Welcome to the Temple Aaron.
To start your training, you'll want to go to the main page (by clicking home in the side bar) & look at the top of the page where it looks like browser tabs. Click on the "Temple Doctrine" tab. The next page that loads will have a link right below where you clicked called "Official Temple Doctrine" you'll want to go in there.

Partway down that page you'll find the Jedi Code, Creed, Tenets, 16 teachings, & Vows.
(you may want to copy those down in a notepad application for later use)

What you'll want to do after copying those down, or at least remembering where they are for reference, is to Start a new thread in the "Jedi Initiate (youngling) Training Journal" part of the Message Boards & entitle it something to the effect of "(your name here)'s Training Journal".

Begin by Introducing yourself there, telling us a little about yourself, how you came to our temple, & what you hope to learn here.

Next you'll want to start a line by line interpretation/analysis of the previously mentioned code, creed, tenets, 16 teachings, & Vows. Relate how you can apply these to your daily life.

Don't forget to pace yourself on your posts, this is not a race. Infact not only will you learn more from them if you take your time with them, but it will also show your growth over time, be easier to read (no one likes reading huge blocks of text...like this one...lol!), and also give the knights and masters who will potentially be training you a chance to get to know you, or interject with their thoughts or requests to expand on a certain idea that you express.

Feel Free to ask any questions you may have of any of us, if one of us doesn't know the answer, we'll certainly be able to point you in the direction of someone who does.

Once again, Welcome!
