I really wish they would just cut it out. At least I don't have to go around changing the time on everything like I did in the good old days.

I do use a similar format for my Lesson plan which also incorporates the 8th fold path :)

Your lesson plan sounds awesome.

I'm thinking they probably reversed the image.

There is another image which is similar to that one also a very good drawing but Saya is on the right side to :)

All in all it is the wording that is important to the potential Bushi

I also use Munen Mushin no though no mind or a state of Emptiness. Something I also use in my lesson plan. As Empty to some basically means.. without :)

I've experience such a state a few times in my life and I must say it was awesome. It was like when they say, the action does itself all on it's own, I was just along for the ride. Some of the best moments in my life.

Indeed master Octagon. I use the same techniques when drawing and that is how traditional Kanji was drawn not with the hand or eye with with the spirit much the same as we mentioned with Kyudo

when you are aware of being in that state it is wonderful :)

Greetings

After reading someones plight ..I found this which does seem quite right.

JUDGMENT

Judgment always contains the seeds of its own issues. No human judgment system can be perfect. When perfect, it would absolutely mean no free could exist. When perfect, there would be no questions, no grey areas, no wrong actions, merely only always right actions. Being human by default, exploring the nature of being a story… means making mistakes and being able to fumble around a bit. Seemingly a perfect judgment system is for ants, bees, termites and robots. Let’s hope, we never witness humanity becoming too trapped by its own judgment systems and yes modern humanity is at risk of being trapped by codified judgment systems.

To be judgmental is to live life to a very defined set of rules with effectively limited (or no free will) choices. To live in this manner means to limit one’s own potential and to live in a manner that actually reduces one’s graceful possible actions. Very few people like to be “judged” since to be judged is often to be measured by an outside set of rules. People only willingly accept judgment from others if we believe they support the same values we base our life upon.

Ask yourself how many people would you truly accept to judge your own life?

I suspect the answer is not many and more interestingly you probably would also accept judgment from those people that would be considered “non-judgmental” to get the least biased result! How ironic is that?

The simple truth is that people hold judgements in order to pre-answer how they should react to life. Many of these judgements were formed thousands of years ago by people in different situations and needs. Judgement is tricky sticky beast, it will linger for countless generations in the form of prejudice.

As Jedi We should hold each person’s story as theirs to explore. We do not try to force another person to some ideal we hold for ourselves .

Yet, if you hold the need to have answers before you even talk to another person. This will create conflict in the form of prejudice.

Greetings Each

Revised sketch based on Jediism taken from Bushido

The student questions his master during training. Master as a Guardian you teach me to defend myself and if necessary to fight, Yet you always preach the art of Peace, How do reconcile the two?

The Masters reply is..It is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in war

Also, you journey will differ from others, it is not important for them to understand your way or even why you chose this particular path, but it is important.. that you do :)

Water
Water's symbolic importance of all things real and alive equates to the highest good, representing life itself.

This association is significant for a strong sense of self and society, encouraging people to conduct their lives according to water's inherent qualities: gentleness, truth and depth.

Literally translated as "the path" or "the way," strive to impart the very essence of strength by emulating the purest properties of water.

The ebb and flow of an oceans tide is like that of gentle breathing

Water will naturally find the easiest path down a mountain

It has the ability to adapt to its surroundings , Ice , water, Vapour and steam

So must a man ebb and flow breathing should always be controlled, Adapt to your surroundings, The easiest route is not always the quickest.nor should it be, leave no stone unturned on your journey.

Be like water :)
