I've not utilized this method much, but the couple of times that I have it's just been a white void. Not sure why, this just seems to be what popped up in my mind. I am interested in this idea though. I may have to work on building my own.

I go to different places depending on the lesson that needs to be learned.

One that I've always liked was to imagine yourself in an amusement park having the best time of your life and just being in the zone. Imagine that every game you play there you win big and always come away with the biggest of prizes. It's a fun exercise that actually can have profound effects in your real life believe it or not.
