I'm hoping to gather together resources that teach and explain some of what we learn here for kids of all ages. Please feel more than free to add in anything you come across, online or off!

Here's a song that I've been using a lot with my young daughter lately, called "Belly Breathe" from Sesame Street. It's performed by Common and Elmo, and who doesn't love Common! As far as kid's songs go, this is a really good one:

I know my sister ran the kids at the kindergarten she works at through some Yoga exercises. Easy ones, of course, but apparently they found it great fun.
