Bump!

I finally remembered (aka, had the need) to try this technique out. I've been having insomnia the last few nights, and doing this made a real and significant improvement. In the morning I even woke up in a great mood, which doesn't typically happen, lol.

It does set the pace. As does being thankful first thing in the morning sets the pace for your day.
