A good video on what to do in your spare time. One other thing I would suggest is learning a foreign language. They have all kinds of apps and free language learning websites out there and it improves brain function by having you think in that language, makes a great hobby.

Thanks for the sharing. These things should be really basic activities and sometimes don't even require a ton of time! Leaning languages is really fun, especially when it comes with learning an other country's culture and way of thinking.
