A very good talk about Zen but what this master is really talking about is the Force. Yes, it kinda long but well worth the listen. Worth meditating on.

This is an unedited presentation of a talk given by Zen Master Bon Yeon while recently at Boston University. Zen Master Bon Yeon is the guiding teacher at the Cambridge Zen Center.
