This supplement gives me extra energy for-sure it is worth researching for yourself. I use the alcohol free tincture from Amazon. Good stuff. A lot of Amazon reviews say it works great for anxiety and stress relief.

I like finding cheap and natural alternatives to products, and recently found an excellent one for makeup. Anyone else who is curious ought to check it out:

Try using arrowroot powder instead of a traditional loose powder. Apply with a fluffy brush. It lasts all day, looks really good and completely natural, and is MUCH cheaper than actual makeup.

I'm naturally pasty so I use it straight, but people with melanin recommend mixing in cocoa powder to make it the right shade.

You can get it by the jar in the spice aisle, but it's a whole lot cheaper by the pound on Amazon.
