The lady in the video tells how she volunteered to keep her
six grader nephew, diagnosed ADHD, while her sister went into the army. His normal eating was lot of fast foods and junk foods. She put him on clean foods. One day she got a call from his school asking for a meeting. At the meeting everyone was talking about the change he went through and how clear his mind had become and they wanted to know what she was doing. He had went from a C student to an A student who excelled in math.

When you think about it makes sense. The fuel you put into a car can make a car perform for the better or for the worst. It's the same with our bodies. The food we eat gives energy to our body and mind. So give your body the good food and you will have more energy and do better in general.
