Hello and greetings to everybody,
My name is Ragnor.

I have decided that I would like to walk the path of the Jedi by learning and applying the teaching made available here at The Temple of the Jedi Force.

The goals I would like to attain initially would be inner peace, an improved control over my emotions instead of letting my emotions control my actions and decisions, and I would like to have a greater connection with the Force.

I have been interested in the Force for sometime now but have referred to it by other names such as the astral, life force, body electric ECT.

My first exposure to the Jedi religion was the documentary "American Jedi" and after watching that I decided to do my own internet searching on what it was to be a Jedi and what it meant to be a part of this religion.

Which then leads me here and to this Temple.

After doing some research my opinion of The Temple of the Jedi Force is that it has active membership, an organized messaging system to help teach and convey ideas to one another and friendly members.

At this time I would like to request Temple Initiate status.

I look forward to getting to getting to know all of you.

Hello, and welcome to our temple 😊 Thank you for the introduction, and I hope you find what you seek here. This place as with the other Jedi communities has activity flowing up and down at times, but it is home for many of us. You'll find dedicated and wonderfull people here, of every rank and speciality.

As you can see, first step will be making an initiate journal in the appropriate subforum. I'd link you, but I am currently on my uncooperative phone, lol. Take some time to look around and make yourself at home, and you should find it. If not, let me know either here or through PM and I'll get you the link when I get home.

The initiate process is a period in which we seek to get to know you and you get a chance to get to know us. It helps later when it comes to finding the right teacher for yourself. The initiate must gpost in their journal a line by line analysis of the jedi code, the vows and teachings, as well as the crystal code and three pillars, all in the doctrine part of the forum. I can link you to this later as well. Take care to relate your analysis to your everyday life as this helps us get to know you and the way you think, which ensures you find the right mentor for you when it's time to become an apprentice. Your journal is also a great place to post about your every day experiences and challenges on the path.

Again, welcome.
Force light your path,
Nira.
