They call it the vortex in the video but it's actually about, 'The Force' and how we maintain a connection to it. So when they say vortex, just know they are really talking about the Force.

And, like someone said in the comments section:
"Everything you feel is the feedback of your proximity with the Vortex." keystone of the video!

A lot of people think that if they had certain 'things' then their life would be better. The truth is not to want things but to practice being the type of person who has realized those things already exist within and flow to your will.

Give a person a million bucks and in a year most will be worse off than before they were given the money. Teach a person to be inspired and believe in themselves and in a year most will have happiness and wealth.

Commit yourself to healing all the way to the source of the pain. This means turning inward and knowing your wounds.

Greetings Master Octagon Bows

Some wise words there. It is said that those who posses nothing in fact have everything.

When living with acute Neuropathic pain, most proscribed pain relief actually only has about 30% affect.

When it get to bad I have to sit in silence and focus entirly on the pain and turn into something else. Doesn't always work to be honest and I find a lot depends on your current mind set. If you are slighly stressed or anxious it tends not to work to well.
You have to go back to lessons and remember to quieten the mind let go of the junk, Become empty :)
