Greetings fellow Jedi!

As some of you know, last year I achieved a Practitioner Certification level in Neurohypnotic Repatterning (NHR) through the Bandler Organization. For those of you unfamiliar with NHR, it's a framework of hypnosis through guided induction with a focus on subconscious integration of the material being worked. I've had a year now to process and expand my skills in this field and I wanted to extend an invitation to you, if you would like to request a guided meditation on specific aspects of being a Jedi.

So tell me, what sorts of training would you like to experience and integrate deeply?

I'm thinking a guided meditation that directs one to a conversation with their inner master. Sort of like preparing and asking your inner master three important questions that will change ones life. *bows

I love that idea! I'll get started on the template and see what can be done.

So far, this is the structure I'm building on:
1) Deepening connections with the Force and establishing the bond with the Inner Master.
2) Entering a Temple at a nexus in the Force
3) Working with the Force to integrate a new ability or skill.
4) Receiving guidance from Force Ghosts within the Temple.

Anything you'd like to see added or changed?

Master O, from all of your experiences in teaching and mentoring, what would you say the top 3 skills are for establishing and deepening a student's connection to the Force? (Eg. what comes up often and what experiences were needed to overcome common blocks)?

That structure looks really good. Can't think of anything else off-hand Perhaps something about forgiving oneself from the unforgivable. Many people carry pains from as far back as their childhood and have never formally let it go or even looked in a mirror and said, "I love you!" to themselves.

Top three skills would be.
1. Learning to meditate on a regular basis.
2. Overcoming fears about expectations.
3. Keeping a positive mental attitude in every situation.

Meditation increases Force sensitivity.

Overcoming personal fears clears ones energy flow.

A positive mental attitude does so much the list would be too long to put here. It's considered a form of life changing meditation.

Learning to listen and follow the Force. Spirit helpers, guides, angels, whatever people want to call them is the greatest of all skills to development. It starts with meditation and dream documentation to learn to hear. Then learning to interpret the messages which are constantly being given. Few reach such a level of readiness.
