25th Oct 2020(Sun) Jedi Memorial Pyre It is our custom to assemble ourselves each year to honor the lives of those who have shrugged off their physical selves and become one with the Force. We hold a ceremonial bonfire annually on October 25th in memory of Jedi, as well as the friends and family of Jedi, who have passed on throughout the year. The bonfire is symbolic of the Jedi Funeral Pyre, and I take a piece of parchment for each person memorialized, read the memorial from the Jedi for that person, and then place it in the fire. For those of you who have lost someone throughout the year since the last Memorial Pyre, I invite you to leave their names and your memorial words for me to carry to the Pyre this year. Anyone who wants to make a pilgrimage to the Pyre for the Memorial may contact me for directions.
