Spindletop Unitarian Church is a member of the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations, which consists of over 1,000 churches and fellowships in North America. Originally, the Unitarians and the Universalists were two separate denominations, which each developed independently. Over a period of 200 years, from the late 18th century to the later 20th century, the views and values of Unitarians and Universalists gradually converged, until in 1961 they merged to create the Unitarian Universalist Association. The headquarters of the UUA is located at 25 Beacon Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02108.

Our church is located on a wooded property near Lamar University in a friendly and intimate setting. We offer no rigid doctrines, instead we provide a congenial, intellectually stimulating environment in which you are free to speak your own answers and are encouraged to fashion your own faith. Because ours is a message of religious tolerance, our services are varied. Some deal with social issues. Some seek a better understanding of religion and morality. Some seek inspiration from the arts and humanities. Some celebrate Nature and our place within it. All include the enjoyment of friendship and fellowship. We would love to have you come join us!

Adherents.com is a growing collection of over 43,870 adherent statistics and religious geography citations: references to published membership/adherent statistics and congregation statistics for over 4,200 religions, churches, denominations, religious bodies, faith groups, tribes, cultures, movements, ultimate concerns, etc. The religions of the world are enumerated here.

Basically, researchers can use this site to answer such questions as "How many Lutherans live in Wisconsin?", "What are the major religions of India?", or "What percentage of the world is Muslim?" We present data from both primary research sources such as government census reports, statistical sampling surveys and organizational reporting, as well as citations from secondary literature which mention adherent statistics.

Famous and influential: Adherents.com also has detailed lists of influential and famous adherents of over 100 different religious groups (famous Methodists, famous Jews, famous Catholics, famous Zoroastrians, famous Jehovah's Witnesses, famous Theosophists, etc.), and lists of prominent people (actors, politicians, authors, U.S. presidents, artists, musicians, Supreme Court justices, film directors, etc.) classified by religious affiliation. These lists are linked to thousands of detailed religious/spiritual biographies.

This is the site for Kettlebells. I am a complete convert. Since I have added KB's to my training my strength and power have improved amazingly. For a female upper body strength is hard to improve without a lot of hard work. I am military pressing 20-25lbs where for years I could barely push 10lbs over my head. And I'm ready to move up again. And the core strength is amazing! Also Pavel's "Naked Warrior" helped me figure out what I was doing wrong with my push ups to get them back to where I used to be. I just can not say enough. I will admit Pavel can really break things down to the point of frustration but he's a perfectionist and once I figured that out I got so much more out of his works.

Steve cotter is another Fitness Guru. I highly recommend his stuff. He's MMA fighter and Kettlebell guy. I use his Encyclopedia of Kettlebell lifting Video. If you don't have KB's you can use dumbells but KB's are more fun and worth the investment. Total body workout with one itsybisty ball of hell. ;) Working with KB's is a total body strength and cardio workout all at once. YOU WILL SWEAT with one of these even if you only do a basic KB swing. Happy lifting.
